Thrive Horticulture Group was founded by Derek Brigman and Randall Arroyo to provide independent horticultural consulting services throughout Florida.
Together, we bring decades of combined experience in horticulture, agronomy, irrigation, plant diagnostics, arboriculture, landscape management, and landscape consulting.
Our mission is simple: Help clients make informed decisions based on science—not assumptions.
Rather than treating symptoms, we identify the underlying causes affecting landscape performance and provide practical recommendations that improve plant health, irrigation efficiency, contractor accountability, and long-term property value.

DEREK BRIGMAN
As the Principal Consultant of Thrive Horticulture Group LLC and Co-Founder, Derek brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in Florida horticulture, irrigation, entomology, pest management, and landscape operations. He previously founded, built, and successfully sold a multi-million-dollar landscape and pest management company, where he served as President and Technical Director.
Through Thrive Horticulture Group, Derek provides independent, science-based horticultural consulting to community associations, commercial property owners, municipalities, and landscape professionals across Florida. His expertise spans landscape asset management, irrigation system evaluation, soil science, arboriculture, integrated pest management, plant health care, and proven strategies that protect and maximize the long-term value of clients’ landscape investments.
A Central Florida resident for over 20+ years, Derek lives with his wife and daughter in the area he proudly serves.

RANDALL ARROYO
As Co-Founder of Thrive Horticulture Group LLC, Randall Arroyo brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial landscape management, irrigation, horticulture, and landscape operations. He previously founded, built, and successfully sold a multi-million-dollar commercial landscape company, where he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Under Randall’s leadership, Arroyo Landscape Professionals became one of Central Florida’s largest privately owned commercial landscape companies, delivering exceptional year-over-year growth while serving community associations, commercial properties, and institutional clients throughout the region.
Through Thrive Horticulture Group, Randall provides independent, science-based horticultural consulting focused on landscape asset management, irrigation performance, landscape operations, Florida plant selection, sustainable landscape practices, and long-term landscape performance. His practical experience and operational expertise allow him to develop objective recommendations that improve landscape quality, maximize contractor performance, and protect long-term property value.
